EASi's complete Section 16 solution combines WorkStream notifications and reports with its EASi345 Filer to make it easier for companies to meet their compliance obligations on time. Reportable equity compensation transactions trigger automated email notifications to specified individuals. Report data can be exported from the EASi platform to the EASi345 Filer to streamline the process for submitting SEC Forms in the required XML format with SEC confirmations of receipt.

The form filing component of the EASi Section 16 solution is designed for ease of use and compliance assurance. Once the initial set-up is complete, there is no redundant data entry. The solution stores footnotes and supports multiple footnotes on a single field. It provides automatic logon to EDGAR, easy access to current and historical data, including accurate insider total holdings, and built-in checks and balances to improve SEC compliance.

The EASi345 Filer is stored in a single folder on a network server and can be accessed by multiple users simultaneously if desired. The program walks the customer through the EDGARIZING process and making a secure connection to the SEC website. SEC style sheets make it possible to preview and audit forms prior to submission. The system also supports test filings.
