EASi is not in the brokerage business. Unlike Solium and eTrade, we let you choose your broker. We make it possible for your company to work with one of many brokers, or even multiple brokers.

You can take advantage of a broker interface connection from EASi which lets participants use the broker's portal for stock transactions. Or, you can streamline the transaction and settlement process even more via EASi Broker Direct.

EASi Broker Direct creates a direct-to-market connection with a broker that enables participants to exercise vested options via EASi's intuitive Exercise Wizard. Participants benefit from faster access to proceeds and a secure step-by-step process for modeling and initiating exercises.

EASi supports market and limit orders and lets you control if and how you allow brokers to exercise on behalf of participants. Broker exercise rules can be defined by Section 16 status and exercise with sales or exercise with no sales. And, of course, EASi supports multiple, concurrent, and overlapping blackout periods.

We make it easier for administrators by supporting the end-to-end exercise and settlement process, providing tools for broker operations and enabling event-driven communications with all players.
