Using EASi

Internet or Intranet Delivery

You can choose to host the application on your Intranet or let us make it available via the Internet. EASi is built on .Net and runs on the Oracle 10g database. Web sessions are run over HTTPS and our world-class server site technology is built to scale to millions of participants.

True Enterprise Collaboration

EASi makes true enterprise collaboration possible. Everyone that needs access to real time stock plan data can get it through a secure protocol Internal partners in Accounting, Payroll, HR, Legal, Treasury, and Tax can run their own reports. Even brokers and transfer agents can connect to the system to handle exercise and settlement transactions to reduce processing time. Stock plan administrators can offload time consuming employee inquiries through our employee portal. Our web-based product streamlines work flow processes to save you time and money.

Installation and Integration

Our US-based customer support team will lead you through a proven implementation methodology. Using templates we provide to ensure accuracy, data conversion is done in one of two ways. Our team can guide you through the process that you handle in-house or we can refer you to one of our strategic partners that has successfully migrated other customers to EASi to outsource conversion.

Controlled Access for Secure Collaboration

The EASi collaboration is based on standard roles and the ability to define custom views and access. External roles that restrict the level of access can be created to enable all relevant parties to use the system to meet their respective responsibilities. Login information dictates the view and associated actions for every system user.

A Secure System

EASi meets all industry standard security requirements including: hardware and software penetration testing, 128-bit data encryption, physical site security, regular back ups and redundant offsite hosting.

US-based Customer Support

Virtual desk-side customer support and training make it easy to learn to use EASi and to get questions answered when they arise. Representatives are available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time. We can work together on the same data online simultaneously to step you through any area of the tool you wish to navigate. We provide responsive customer support and typically answer a question on the first call. Or, we track down the answer with the goal of addressing your needs within 24 hours whenever possible.

EASi provides customers with direct access to its online case management tool so they can efficiently create, modify, and monitor case status and expected resolution from within the software application. EASi continues to identify ways to improve responsiveness and give customers self service tools to help them make the most of the software.
