Use EASi Echo any number of ways:

Test - Ensure the accuracy of the data you upload by testing it first in EASi Echo. You can run through the data to make sure the template was completed correctly, and troubleshoot any issues without touching your production data until you know you are ready.

Troubleshoot - If you suspect some sort of anomaly and want to repair it, use EASi Echo to troubleshoot. Think somebody may have changed something? You can see how the database looked yesterday to help isolate the problem and see how to restore the data to its prior state if necessary. You can make changes in EASi Echo and ensure you get the desired results before putting those changes into production.

Train - When new people join your team you have a foolproof tool to help teach them how to use the EASi solution. They can become proficient at adding, changing or deleting data without any risk to your production database. Likewise, EASi customer support can demonstrate specific system functionality using a replica of your data in EASi Echo, so you learn how to properly put changes into production, and can confirm you will get the results you want.

Model - Run "what-if?" scenarios with ease. If you want to know the expense impact of 500 new awards, you can model the grant in real-time in EASi Echo. Accessing Echo

Once you subscribe, the EASi Echo activation process takes 24 hours. To access EASi Echo you navigate to www.easiecho.com and log in using your production credentials. New users will have access to EASi Echo one day after they gain access to the production database.

Remember, EASi Echo is automatically refreshed each evening at midnight Pacific time to match the production website data as of 8:00 p.m. that same evening. You can run and download reports if you want to keep a record of the scenarios you have modeled.
