Vito Palmieri | Chief Executive Officer
Vito was most recently a founder and interim CTO for two successful high tech start-ups — OptFor, Inc and ADPath Labs. He spent 15 years at AirTouch Communications in several leadership positions in Product Development, Business Development and Marketing. As Managing Director of Product Development, he was responsible for $400 million in incremental revenue while leading the development of major industry innovations in ancillary services, fraud reduction and mobile data. He also led the AirTouch expansion in the United Kingdom. Vito received an MBA from Harvard University and AB in Economics from Harvard College.
Mark Ebersole | President and Chief Technology Officer
Before joining EASi, Mark was Chief Technology Officer at BenefitStreet where he led the engineering team's project to web-enable what became the EASi solution. Excited by the company's prospects, he joined EASi as Vice President, Technology Development. Mark has over 30 years IT systems architecture and design experience. As an industry consultant, he served several major corporate clients including Intel, Deloitte & Touche, Fleet Mortgage, and Plaza Home Mortgage Corporation. In 1998, he founded Synteleos, an ASP software company that served the real estate industry. Mark has an MS in Computer Science from Ohio State University.
Michael Guerra | Senior Vice President of Business Development
Michael joined the EASi team after serving as VP of Business Development with BenefitStreet and as a registered investment advisor with Morgan Stanley with more than $250 million in assets under management. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Michael spent more than 15 years in sales and marketing and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions throughout the state of California. He specializes in working with top executives of growth companies to coordinate stock option exercise, tax strategies and other estate planning solutions. Michael has Series, 7, 6, 66, 3 and 33 SEC registrations.
Gordon Hillegas | Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
One of the founders of FT Solutions Gordon was the chief developer of FTSI's stock option accounting technology for FT Solutions, Inc. (FTSI), a private company specializing in compensation plan consulting. Gordon has over 30 years experience in the finance and accounting fields with an extensive background in corporate financial accounting, business valuations, compensation consulting and plan administration. In addition to serving as a Division Controller of an affiliate of Corning Incorporated and the founder and former President of Modular Software Systems, Inc., he is a former Vice President at Bank of America's world headquarters in San Francisco in charge of worldwide benefits. Gordon has a JD from La Salle Extension University, and is an Accredited Valuation Analysis and member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst.
Dan Katzman | Chief Financial Officer
Dan was most recently Executive Director of Finance for Vodafone and AirTouch Communications $10 billion domestic wireless operations. Dan has spent more than 20 years handling finance for wireless companies. He brings expertise in financial planning and analysis and a track record for driving profitability, raising performance and developing business plans for company mergers. Prior to joining AirTouch, Dan held finance positions at Bay Area Cellular One and GTE Sprint. Dan received an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from University of San Francisco.
Don Gillotti | Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region
Don has ten years of experience in the equity management business. He spent the major part of his career with Computershare/Transcentive where he successfully held a variety of senior sales and business development roles. He directly handled accounts for Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Charles Schwab. Don holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Jeff Graham | Vice President of Sales, Western Region
Jeff joined EASi as Vice President of Sales from E*TRADE Financial where he spent 11 years in key national and regional sales and business development roles providing corporate stock plan services. Jeff spent more than 22 years in the financial services industry and has experience in retail brokerage, corporate sales, money management, business development and insurance. Jeff has worked for companies including E*Trade, Citi/Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He has his Series 7 and 63 SEC registrations and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
Scott Bradley | Vice President of Engineering
Before joining EASi Scott was Director of Engineering at EMC where he directed an international engineering team responsible for the core Documentum products. Prior to that, Scott drove the development of Documentum's first industry-focused applications which eventually turned into a $40 million regulatory-compliant document control product line. Scott also worked at Sherpa Corporation and Lockheed in a progression of software development, technical consulting and management positions. Scott earned his Masters Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and his Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Denise Vitale | Vice President of Product Development
A 20-year industry veteran and CEP, Denise served as Education Director for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals from 2003 to 2005. She came to EASi after serving as Director of Education and Certification for UBS Financial Services. In an earlier role as Divisional Vice President with UBS, Denise gained extensive product, training and implementation experience managing their stock option and ESPP products. Throughout her career she has held a rich mix of stock plan administration, product management, customer service and training positions for organizations including James River Corporation, Corporate Management Solutions, Great Lakes Strategies, and AST Stock Plan. Denise received her education from Virginia Commonwealth University and State University of New York.
Steve Madeira | Vice President of Operations
Steve brings more than 20 years of technology, customer service, operations and information management experience to his role at the helm of customer support at EASi. Prior to joining EASi, Steve was Vice President, Operations for Navio Systems, Inc., a hosted software company. Earlier in his career he founded two consulting ventures in the software development and communications and IT infrastructure areas. Steve held executive positions in world wide information management systems and information services and logistics for Philips Electronics and was involved in systems engineering and sales management at Seimens/ROLM. An adept technologist, Steve has managed, implemented and/or programmed using a wide array of products, programs and tools. Steve holds a BA in Political Science from Trinity College and completed advanced course work in Engineering, Computer Science, and Psychology.
Eric Kissler | Chief Software Architect
Before joining EASi, Eric was Vice President of Engineering at BenefitStreet where he helped lead the development of hosted solutions for the employee benefits marketplace. Eric has over 16 years of experience in software systems design, development and management. In 1995 he founded Aurorasoft, an application development and consulting company that served a broad range of clients including Kaiser Permanente, Campbell's Soup Company, Universal Studios and the Home Shopping Network. Eric holds a BS in Computer Science from Washington State University.
