The Implementation Manager is responsible for providing project management and web-based customer training to support EASi customers. The position involves resolving complex customer issues by telephone and email pertaining to system implementation, data reconciliation, product usage and accounting related issues. The ideal candidate will possess five years of experience in the stock plan expensing software business and strong knowledge of Transcentive, Equity Edge or another stock plan management software. The candidate will be able to work effectively in a hectic, fast-paced environment, have excellent communications and problem solving skills and a track record for conscientious follow through and commitment to resolving customer concerns in a timely manner. Candidates also must excel at building customer rapport by leading 1:1 web-based training sessions and must have the ability to explain complex concepts to new users. Minimum qualifications include: familiarity with equity compensation basics, knowledge of accounting, excellent Microsoft office skills, proficiency with web-based tools including FTP and familiarity with CRM systems (SugarCRM a plus). Additional desired qualifications include CEP certification, familiarity with financial reporting and disclosure requirements for corporations and knowledge of FAS123R.
